NZU Seeking Junior High Performance Coordinator

Youth ultimate is experiencing significant growth in Auckland, and nationwide. This post is about the top players and facilitating them in their growth to representative honours.

Dear Ultimate Community,

Following the news that Sarah Rice has stepped down from her role as Junior High Performance Manager, New Zealand Ultimate have completed a review of the role and are looking to recruit a new National Junior High Performance Coordinator.   We are seeking applicants who are passionate about junior Ultimate and interested in driving the programme forward at a strategic level.

The position of National Junior High Performance Coordinator will be a non-travelling strategic role, working with team managers and regional coordinators to deliver a nationawide programme and would suit a person able to recruit and motivate a great team of volunteers.

The main goals of the position are:

  • Overseeing the National Team Programme
  • Working with Team Managers to organise and deliver the actual campaign
  • Working with Regional Coordinators to organise and deliver a Talent Development Programme
  • Reporting to the Board
