Vying for national titles are the country’s top level Ultimate players, who are set to clash at this year’s New Zealand Ultimate Championships on March 24 and 25.

The North Shore will play host to men’s and women’s teams from as far south as Christchurch, as far north as Auckland, and as far west as Sydney – with the first discs scheduled in the air at 9am on Saturday at North Harbour Stadium.

Games will play out on domains 1, 2, and 4 until around 5pm on Saturday before the action is re-launched at 9am on Sunday.

The weekend will hit a climax at 12pm on Sunday when the two top men’s teams meet in the Open Division final followed by the women’s final at 2pm.

To satisfy appetites the New Zealand Under-19s will have sausages sizzling from midday on the barbecue to help the team fundraise for their World Championship campaign to get to Dublin this August.

For an amazing weekend of hammers, hucks, scubas, and layouts bring your picnic blanket along to park up on the stadium’s grassy slopes, grab refreshments available from the Marist Rugby Club, and lap up the top quality Ultimate on display.

Plenty of parking will be available in carpark A (use entry A). View map.

New Zealand Ultimate would like to especially thank our event partners North Harbour Stadium, DiscraftMacpac, PanetonSkinnies and All Good Bananas for helping make the 2012 New Zealand Ultimate Championships, what will be, unforgettable.
