Auckland Ultimate Annual General Meeting

Dear Members
This email is to notify you of the upcoming Auckland Ultimate Incorporated Annual General Meeting.
As a member it is your right to be informed of this meeting, be able to vote for the officers that control your incorporated society and ask any questions you may want to ask in regards to the events or decisions made over the past year or on events or decisions to be made in the upcoming year. This is your opportunity to have a say in the running of our sport in the Auckland Region.
The Auckland Ultimate AGM for 2011 will be held on Wednesday the 17th of August 2011 starting at 7:30pm
 
Location: Orakei RSA Club, 178 Kepa Rd, Mission Bay
 
Agenda is as follows.
 
1. List of all present
2. Apologies
3. President’s Report (attached)
4. Treasurer’s Report (attached)
 
5. Motions:
i. “That Auckland Ultimate accepts the financial summary as a true and accurate record of the financial transactions over the past year”
6. Elections of Executive Positions.

If you wish to stand for a position on the executive please send an email to aucklandultimate@gmail.com with your name and position you are standing for as well as any relevant experience or plans you may have for the role.

This notification will also be posted on our website and sent to our regional list. If you receive this notice twice we apologise, we are just trying to ensure our full membership is informed of the AGM.
