2014 Annual General Meeting + Indoor Prizegiving
Dear members,
This notice is to advise you of the upcoming Auckland Ultimate Inc Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2014. If you have participated in an Auckland Ultimate event in the past 12 months, you are a member of Auckland Ultimate and eligible to have a vote at the upcoming meeting. It is your right to be informed of this meeting, be able to vote for the officers that control your incorporated society and ask any questions you may want to ask in regards to the events or decisions made over the past year or on events or decisions to be made in the upcoming year. Please come along and have a say in the running of our sport in the Auckland region. Apologies if you have recieved this message more than once.
The AGM will take place after the prize giving for the AU Autumn Indoor Leagues.
Date: 2 July 2014
Time: 7pm prize giving, 7:30pm AGM start, followed by indoor pickup
Location: ASB Stadium, Kohimarama

i. That the membership accepts the financial summary as true and accurate record of financial transactions over the past financial year

Notes on election of executive positions:
If you wish to stand for a position on the executive send an email to au@aucklandultimate.org.nz with your name and position you are standing for as well as any relevant experience or plans you may have for the role. No prior experience is necessary – just a passion for ultimate.
At a minimum, Auckland Ultimate requires three primary officers to be elected at the AGM; President, Secretary and Treasurer.
In addition, there are optional auxiliary positions:

University Student Representative
Schools Coordinator
League Coordinator
Webmaster
